Ingredients

  • 100gms Panner
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
  • 1/4 cup very finely sliced French Beans
  • 1 Carrot- cut into tiny cubes
  • 2 Green Chillies- chopped finely
  • 2 flakes garlic- chopped & crushed
  • 1/2 of a big capsicum- cut into slices
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper & ajinomoto( tasting salt)
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp salt to taste

How to prepare

  1. Clean, wash & soak rice for 10 minutes. Boil 6 cups water. Drain & add rice to boiling water. Cook rice. Spread out the cooked rice on a large tray & keep under the fan to dry out nicely.
  2. Heat oil in large Kadhai or Pan. Reduce heat. Add green chillies, garlic, beans, carrot, capsicum & paneer fry for 5-10 mins.
  3. Add salt, pepper & ajinomoto. Add soya sauce.
  4. Stir fry the rice for 3-5 minutes on a low flame. Serve hot.
