Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Pineapple- cut into 1 pieces
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 6-8 leaves mint
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup Lichi juice
  • Pinch of freshly crushed Pepper
  • 8-10 cubes of ice

Method to prepare

  1. Take a non stick pan heat it, sprinkle sugar on it. Place pineapple pieces in the pan & cook till sugar dissolves & pineapple turns slightly soft. Add 1/4 cup water, bring to boil. Cool.
  2. In a blender pour the pineapples along with sugar water, mint, salt, pepper & lichi juice.
  3. Add ice cubes. Add powdered sugar if necessary. Pour in a glass & garnish with mint.
