Ingredients
- 2 slices of Pineapple- cut into 1 pieces
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 6-8 leaves mint
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup Lichi juice
- Pinch of freshly crushed Pepper
- 8-10 cubes of ice
Method to prepare
- Take a non stick pan heat it, sprinkle sugar on it. Place pineapple pieces in the pan & cook till sugar dissolves & pineapple turns slightly soft. Add 1/4 cup water, bring to boil. Cool.
- In a blender pour the pineapples along with sugar water, mint, salt, pepper & lichi juice.
- Add ice cubes. Add powdered sugar if necessary. Pour in a glass & garnish with mint.
